The Downtown Music Guitar School operates from the store. Our team of professional teachers, headed by Albert Calvo are all highly experienced and influential players. Albert has been with Downtown since 1992, where he has seen students progress through the beginner stage to become professionals or even teachers themselves. Albert also has a wealth of playing and recording experience working with Australian and International artists.

Learning guitar is an education - nurturing a love of music and song. While its a discipline that does take time and effort, it is ultimately rewarding to perform and achieve something you couldn't do a month earlier.
